Academic interests: archaeology of the Viking Age, commemorative practices, history of Denmark, Vikings in the Celtic world
I found out about Vox medii aevi in the third year of bachelor’s degree. I was studying at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, but I constantly read stands of the Department of History of the Middle Ages which was located one floor above. At the same time my academic interests began to take shape. After completing my bachelor’s degree I entered the master’s program “Medieval Studies” in Higher School of Economics and almost immediately joined the team of the journal.
