Academic interests: canonisation processes, Franciscan studies, HTR, “problem of paganism”, sermon studies
I joined Vox medii aevi in 2016 and witnessed its transformation from a student newspaper into an academic journal. Working on Vox medii aevi has helped me to solve the conflict between my urge to be useful and the willingness to satisfy my own academic interests and ambitions.
I treasure the principles established by the editorial team: Vox medii aevi is a fully open access journal because we believe that knowledge should be accessible. Each issue is united by one main theme because we consider it to be the only way to take a wide-angle shot of the studied subjects. I hope that the editorial team will remain true to these principles.
