A Report on a Conference<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>In September 2019 a major international paleographical convention in Saint Petersburg took place which was dealing with the studies of the West-European manuscripts being preserved in the National Library of Russia, Archive of the Institute of History (Russian Academy of Sciences), Library of the Academy of Sciences, the State Hermitage Museum as well as several other collections from Russia and all over the world.
