“Vox” is a free, independent and contemporary academic journal. In my mind these characteristics are the most important for an academic publication, which is why I am here. The journal has already established itself as one of the centres and mouthpieces of Russian medieval studies, especially for young scholars. Being part of “Vox” is an honour and a responsibility at the same time.
The journal lives and grows, its readers as always expect interesting material and non-trivial views on the problems. My goal is rather modest – to make a small contribution to the development of this centre of Russian medieval studies.
