A Walk with Saint Simon, or Notes about Problems of the Scholarly Translation
The text considers the problem of the scientific translation in social sciences and humanities on the example of the Russian issue of the book A Global History of Modern Historiography. The text also reflects on issues of academic conventions and professional responsibility of the translators.
